• "Company" refers to Fusionevalx Pvt. Ltd.
• "Platform" refers to FusionEvalX and all associated applications and services.
• "User" refers to any individual, recruiter, vendor, employer, candidate, or organization using the platform.
• "Services" refer to training, recruitment, verification, workforce management, and operational services offered through the ecosystem.

By registering, accessing, or using the platform, the user confirms that:

• They are legally authorized to use the services.
• All information provided is accurate and truthful.
• They agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If a user does not agree with these Terms, they must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

FusionEvalX provides integrated services including but not limited to:

• Candidate training and job readiness programs
• Recruitment and hiring workflow management
• Candidate verification and validation
• Recruiter and staffing collaboration systems
• Workforce deployment and lifecycle management
• Operational dashboards and analytics

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Users may be required to create an account to access platform services. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for activities conducted under their account

FusionEvalX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal authority to enter into agreements
• Use the platform only for lawful business or employment-related purposes

Candidates using the platform agree:

• To provide authentic educational and professional information
• Not to upload false documents or misleading data
• To participate ethically in assessments and hiring processes
• Not to misuse recruiter or employer information

Any fraudulent activity may result in permanent suspension and possible legal action.

Recruiters and staffing vendors agree:

• To submit only genuine and consented candidate profiles
• Not to duplicate, manipulate, or spam submissions
• To maintain confidentiality of employer requirements
• To comply with service-level agreements and hiring policies

FusionEvalX reserves the right to monitor recruiter performance and remove partners violating quality standards.

Employers using FusionEvalX agree:

• To provide legitimate job opportunities
• To comply with applicable labor and employment laws
• To avoid discriminatory hiring practices
• To maintain confidentiality of candidate data

The Company is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers.

SubmitSafe verification services are conducted based on available data, submitted documents, and third-party validation sources. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy:

• FusionEvalX does not guarantee absolute completeness or accuracy
• Verification results should be used as a supporting reference only
• The Company is not liable for third-party data inaccuracies

Certain services may require payment, subscription fees, onboarding charges, or licensing costs. Users agree:

• To pay applicable fees as communicated by the Company
• That all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• That delayed payments may result in suspension of services

FusionEvalX reserves the right to revise pricing structures at any time.

All platform content including software, branding, logos, designs, workflows, dashboards, documentation, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of FusionEvalX Pvt. Ltd.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written authorization.

FusionEvalX implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, users acknowledge:

• Internet transmissions are not completely secure
• No system can guarantee 100% protection against cyber threats
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security

Users shall not:

• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Misrepresent identity or credentials
• Interfere with platform operations
• Engage in harassment or abuse

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal proceedings.

The platform may integrate with third-party services, APIs, or external systems. FusionEvalX is not responsible for:

• Third-party downtime
• Data inaccuracies
• Service interruptions
• External policies or practices

Users interacting with third-party services do so at their own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusionEvalX Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of employment opportunities, revenue loss, data loss, hiring outcomes, service interruptions, or business disruptions. Platform services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FusionEvalX Pvt. Ltd. from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Fraudulent submissions
• Legal disputes caused by user actions

FusionEvalX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harm platform integrity
• Breach applicable laws

The Company may also discontinue services at its discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

FusionEvalX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform and continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
